I work online with clients to conduct an initial consultation and subsequent sessions can be arranged depending on the length of support needed to achieve your goals and a monthly check in session for those who have grasped the new recommendations and want to run with them.

Nutrition Consultation1 hour
- Pre-preparation – Your lifestyle questionnaire to help determine the important aspects to work on
- 1 hour -personal online session, reviewing current nutrition habits and how to achieve your goals
- During the session we put together a nutrition plan you can stick to, to improve energy and vitality including any specific goals you may have – mentoring, coaching, answering questions getting you on the road to your desired goal
Nutrition Support for 3 months6 x 1 hour sessions
- Pre-preparation Lifestyle Questionnaire
- 6 x 1 hour -personal online sessions. An initial consultation and 5 subsequent sessions
- 3 months of dedicated support – mentoring, coaching, answering questions, recipes, food and planning tools all working towards your desired goals
- Private messaging facility – support from Sarah throughout

I’m a wife and mum to 2 teenagers. When I set up my business 15 years ago I had left a job where I was working too many hours in an operational management role, juggling too many actions in my day to take care of myself or to be a great mum or wife..
I made sacrifices that I realised had left me feeling worn out and I knew something had to change! I made the decision to update qualifications and take some new ones all within health, nutrition, fitness and mindset and set up SMpower.
I’m passionate about inspiring and empowering other women who are like I was, feeling worn out, overweight, overwhelmed and not sleeping well, women who really want to make changes that would bring about a long term sustainable lifestyle that they choose. Enabling women to put health at the heart of their day.
I can appreciate the challenges you face, there are simple steps we can take together to guide you through ‘the one step at a time’ actions you need to take in your day, that begin to make you feel energised and fabulous again!
Like most of us I wanted to lose weight, look trimmer, feel better about myself but most of all improve my health. When I contacted Sarah, she was warm, welcoming and really listened to me, understanding my needs, my habits and what I wanted to achieve. Her knowledge and passion is both amazing and infectious, this with her positive encouraging and calm manner inspired me to achieve my goals.
