Women often think about their ‘bums n tums’ and how they look on the beach or even when naked but there are so many other really important reasons for developing stronger glutes and abdominal muscles!

Our glutes support so many aspects of our overall strength and fitness and a set of stronger glutes and core muscles may actually protect us more from the risk of injury.

I have found that many women find a formal gym setting intimidating, so I’ve devised this programme for use in a home environment with some small weights, kettlebells, resistance bands or simply using bodyweight.
