You’ll be with a community of women who are all at a similar stage in life where energy is a challenge coupled with a changing body and brain. An unique system that enables you to recognise why you’re off track, why you can’t stay on track and what you can do to enable yourself to FEEL energised again..
We can start to experience stronger signs of hormonal changes from as early as our late thirties and these symptoms can, quite simply, be challenging! This community of like-minded women are all on their own health and wellbeing journey.

I’m Sarah Matyjasik and having run a number of my own successful businesses, led and managed numerous teams and juggled life as a working mother.
I am very familiar with the challenges experienced by successful career and business women and have seen first-hand the impact that business and career success can have when it comes at a cost to physical health and fitness.
I was lacking in motivation for doing any activity and in particular going to a gym and I felt as though I was stuck in a yo-yo state with my diet. These habits I’d gotten into weren’t helping me and I found that not being consistent with exercise or healthy eating had resulted in me feeling tired, unfit and not able to get a good night’s sleep.
